General description:
Approx. 250 m from a stone beach, is situated the hotel Blue Bay Resort Hotel. It is linked every 2 hours by a free shuttle service. The tourist centre is about 2 km away. The town Agia Pelagia is around 2 km away (Heraklion around 22 km, Rethymno around 50 km). A supermarket and other shopping facilities can be reached after 2 km. It is only 250 m from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. The following attractions can be reached from the hotel: Venetian Walls (approx. 14 km away), Koules, Heraklion Archaeological Museum, The Palace of Knossos and El Greco Museum. For mobility during your holiday, there are a bus stop (approx. 10 m away) and a car rental company. For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 22 km away.

Partially renovated in 2019, the 4-storey resort has 209 rooms. It offers its guests a reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 11:00), a lobby with bar, 3 lifts, air conditioning, a mini market, theater, a free parking area and a money changing facility. For the meals, there are two restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. In a total 3 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi is available for free. Room cleaning is free of charge. Room service and laundry / ironing service are available for a fee.

Pool:
In the outdoor area of the modern hotel you will find 4 salt water pools with a separate children´s pool. Here, there are sun umbrellas and sun loungers for free available. A bar at the pool offers guests refreshing beverages.
